The members of the Frederick County Republican Central Committee (FCRCC) are elected by registered Republican county voters during the gubernatorial election or appointed by the committee in the event of vacancies. Members of the FCRCC are non-paid party leadership for the county whose primary goal is to elect Republicans to office and work for the overall betterment of the Republican Party in Frederick County.
