Delegate Barrie Ciliberti represents Frederick & Carroll Counties. He serves on the Environment & Transportation committee and the Real Estate subcommittee. He was a Delegate in Montgomery County in 1995-1999.

Delegate Barrie Ciliberti is a Professor at Bowie State University and former adjunct professor at U.M.U.C. Barrie was the Frederick County Chairman for Donald Trump’s campaign and 2016 Trump Delegate to the RNC Convention. Barrie has had two tours of duty in Mosul and Baghdad Iraq and is a former small business owner.

Barrie and his wife reside in Urbana, Maryland. He is the proud father of 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
