Cindy is a lifelong resident of Frederick, Maryland and has been married to Jimmy for 34 years with two daughters.  She holds over 35 years of practical management experience in the financial industry with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership & Development, is a Graduate of Advanced School of Bank Management, holds an AA in Business Administration, a CPA Exam Certificate and is a graduate of Maryland Banking School.  

 

She has held several positions with local banks and was the Deputy Director for the Governor’s Workforce Development Board in the Hogan Administration. Cindy is the current Chair of the Frederick County Workforce Development Board, the Treasurer for Central MD Friends of NRA, Assistant Secretary of Libertytown Unionville Lions Club, lifelong member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren and participates in numerous non-profit organizations. She and Jimmy have owned and operated AllCool Refrigerant Reclaim in Frederick County for 14 years.
