Bill Folden is a long time Frederick County resident who graduated from Thomas Johnson High School and Frederick Community College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Bill served in the U.S Army and currently is a police officer in Frederick.

Bill was a member of the House of Delegates from 2015 until 2019 representing District 3B. During his time in the House of Delegates, he served on the Environment and Transportation Committee. In 2018, he was Chair of the Frederick County Delegation.

Bill lives in Myersville with his wife and three kids.
