RALLY TO PROTECT TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE:

On Monday, January 30th, from 6-8 PM on Lawyer’s Mall in Annapolis (in front of the State House), there will be a Rally to protect traditional marriage in Maryland. Can you join this important event?

As you may know, this week Governor Martin O'Malley introduced legislation to legalize same sex marriage:  http://mlis.state.md.us/google_docs$/2012rs/bills_noln/sb/fsb0241.pdf.

The time to stop the redefinition of marriage is now. A petition may not be allowed on these bills, as some legislators may deprive Marylanders of the opportunity to vote on this issue.

If you are interested in taking a bus to Annapolis, the cost will be $28 per person from Hagerstown to the State House. It will leave Hagerstown at 3:45PM on Monday afternoon, and is expected to return around 10:30PM .

If you have more than 15 people in a location other than Hagerstown (ex. LaVale, Hancock, Frederick, etc…) they can plan to have a bus stop there to pick you up.

The final decision regarding bus stops must be made by Sunday afternoon at 4 PM, so please let us know of your interest as soon as possible.
